Refund & cancellation policy
Refund and cancellation terms for Agnidhra Technologies training programmes.
Scope
This policy applies to paid training programmes offered by Agnidhra Technologies. The programme-specific terms communicated before payment form part of the applicable enrolment terms.
Cancellation before programme access
A learner may request cancellation within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, provided the learner has not materially used the programme access, including substantial attendance of live sessions, access to recorded classes, or downloading or receiving a substantial portion of course materials.
After course access begins
Once substantial course access or participation has begun, including attendance of live classes or access to substantial recorded or downloadable course content, the programme is generally non-refundable because the digital learning service and materials have been made available.
Refund amount
For an eligible refund, the amount paid for the programme will be refunded through the applicable payment method, subject to any non-refundable payment-gateway or transaction charges actually incurred where such charges cannot be recovered.
How to request a refund
Refund or cancellation requests should be sent to agnidhra.contact@gmail.com with the learner name, registered email address, programme name, payment details available to the learner, and the reason for the request. Requests are reviewed against the applicable eligibility conditions.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to appear in the learner’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other payment provider.
Programme cancellation by Agnidhra
If Agnidhra Technologies cancels a programme before it begins and does not provide an agreed alternative arrangement, eligible learners will be offered a refund of the amount paid for that programme.
Exceptions and consumer rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable Indian law. Where a programme-specific written payment agreement provides a different term, that term will apply to the relevant purchase to the extent permitted by law.
